Well Woven is COLOR BLIND
The Light Grey/Beige runner has no beige - it is grey and blue and has no beige. Despite the deceptive use of the word 'beige' and a refusal to send color samples, Well Woven's AI generated customer service refuses to take the mislabled runner back.

Imperfections
Generally nice runners; however edging has some imperfections and is not straight. Definitely noticeable.

Perfect rug
We needed a runner soft enough to muffle footsteps in the morning. This works perfectly. As for the color, the diamonds are a cool-gray, and the background is a lighter warm-gray. It fits perfectly in our space and matches modern decor well.

A little disappointed
The grey part of the rug is pretty blue (the accurate color is shown in the split second view before the video plays) which I could overlook because it still goes ok with my walls, but the runner was only 26” wide. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that because the rugs are made by a machine, they allow a 5% variance in the actual rug size, so if you do the math a 27” wide rug could be anywhere from about 25.6” to 28.4” and it wouldn’t be considered defective… I could not find this info anywhere on the site and I looked quite a bit before ordering. Now I have to pay to send back 2 rugs ($27 each) that look way too small and hope that the 31” rug isn’t 1.5” bigger than described… Cool. The rug itself is soft though so there’s that?

Color not as expected- it’s ivory & grey, not beige & grey. But still very nice, being in a hallway that is to many rooms afraid it will show dirt quickly being ivory color. If nap is swept in wrong direction makes it look like dirty spots.
