I am extremely pleased with this rug. First of all, I received it in 2 days so high marks for their shipping process. Colors are true to the picture and it rolled out so nicely when I opened it with very little rippling( flattened in a couple days) or curled up edges. It's perfect for my patio and far exceeded my expectations. Just a side note, if you ever need to contact customer service, they are terrific to work with.
