Poor customer relations
I ordered a full sized rug and a runner and only received the runner. Well Woven took my money then pretended both were shipped but were not. I doubt I will ever do business with this BS vendor again. I cancelled payment for both items and am ready to litigate this. I was present when FedEx delivered the single item and I asked about the other item and they told me they didn’t know anything about it. I tried to contact We’ll Woven but they refuse to answer their phone and will not respond to emails. I should have gone through Amazon because I would have some recourse. Never trust this fly by night vendor because they are shady AF.

I lucked upon this site & thought I’d give it a try. I custom-sized a runner for my entry way & I could not be more pleased with how it turned out. The deep garnet was exactly the color I wanted & it is thick & plush. I got it strictly for accent & not to have guests wiping their feet on it. That is why I kept the smaller rug at the door…& both rugs blend well.
