Menda Machine Washable Vintage Bohemian Meallion Oriental Light Blue Flat‑Weave Distressed Rug

I ordered this rug on Amazon. I washed it according to Well Woven’s instructions (machine wash cold, air dry). It shrunk 10 inches! I contacted Well Woven multiple times, and they will not honor their product, even though Amazon states to contact them directly. I contacted Amazon and they could do very little to help. PLEASE read reviews from people who actually washed this rug (there are plenty on Amazon). The rug WILL shrink. The photos I took are of the underside of the rug, just so you can see the label. You can see how the rug no longer covers the rug pad it was previously covering.

So I’ve had this rug for sometime. I like the thickness of this machine washable rug but it shrunk a bit after washing. It also curled a bit. The color of the blue is more vibrant and brighter than I thought. Overall I would buy from well woven again. Compared to other machine washable rugs, this is the thickest and has lasted for sometime. Also, it’s hard to find a large runner for a large kitchen that doesn’t look odd. If anything, I would prefer a larger. I actually just purchased another one hoping it doesn’t have the baby blue like this one. It was just too bright for my taste.
