I was initially sent the wrong order, a 5x7 but had ordered an 8x10. It was a little bit of a hassle bringing the carpet to the UPS store for return but I did receive my correct order in a timely manner, I would have liked maybe a discount on my order due to the hassle. Iām happy with my purchase and the rug is beautiful!
