Why We Created the Coda Collection: Calm, Versatile Washable Rugs for Everyday Homes

The Coda Collection was created to offer modern washable area rugs that feel calm, flexible, and easy to live with—no matter your personal style.

We wanted to design rugs that work across a wide range of interiors without overpowering a space. Coda focuses on tonal variation, subtle texture, and approachable patterns that ground a room rather than compete with it.

Unlike collections built around a single look, Coda intentionally includes a range of styles. Within the collection, you’ll find minimalist near-solid rugs, soft neutral designs, ethnic and tribal-inspired patterns, abstract shapes, and refined geometric motifs. Each style is connected through a shared color language and material foundation, allowing the collection to feel cohesive while still offering variety.

Color plays a central role in Coda. Instead of bold or seasonal shades, the palette leans into nuanced neutrals—warm ivories, oatmeal tones, blue-grays, charcoals balanced with camel, and muted blends of sand, clay, olive, and stone. These colors are chosen to layer easily with furniture, adapt to different lighting, and remain relevant over time.

Coda rugs are made with recycled yarns and are OEKO-TEX® certified, supporting our effort to reduce waste and rely less on virgin materials. They’re also fully washable, designed to handle everyday messes without sacrificing comfort or appearance. Clean edge finishes and a plush feel make these rugs practical while still feeling considered and well-finished.
