In the past, I have been wary of lots of color in a pattern, but I love my new rug! It sits in a neutrally colored room and gives it energy. With a pad under it it feels wonderful under under my feet. I would buy from Well Woven again.

My rug arrived dirty! I knew it was not the company s fault, I could tell it happened during transit. I emailed them to let them know about the issue telling them rather than a replacement I would prefer to have a total refund and not be charged for return shipping. After emailing them a couple of photos documenting my issue they were more than happy to honor my request. Things beyond our control happen in any business. I m sure the rug would have been lovely if I had chosen to open it from the packaging. My fear was, i’d never get it back in the wrapping. However; I would recommend this company solely on their customer service. It didn’t cost me a thing to return, and I received my refund in just a few days. Thanks, Kay
