Seems to be good quality. Feels nice underfoot. Arrived quickly and without hassle. Kitty seems super happy with it! My spouse installed it with minimal issue. My only complaint is that I couldn't order just 21 feet, and also that it has these lumpy knobs at the side at intervals. Overall, we're super pleased with it!
