Of all things for our baby boy's nursery, for some reason the rug was the hardest to choose! All other stores had prices too high and none of their patterns appealed to us. It took just a few minutes on Well Woven to find this one at the perfect price! When it arrived (just two days after ordering!) there was a big pull in the threading. Customer service offered us a discount on the original price if we chose to keep it, but allowed a full exchange also. Great service! Exactly what we were looking for :)
