Beautiful rug, but poor delivery packing
The rug’s colors & quality were perfect but it was delivered to us folded, not rolled up. It’s been 3 weeks laying flat at it still has stiff elevated fold marks, please deliver rolled, not folded.

Colors not as advertised
I’ve ordered we’ll woven rugs before and they were great but lately something has changed and their colors are not what are advertised online. They’re darker/muddier.
