This rug deserves a 5 rating. It it beautiful and add a lot to my living room. The only reason for the 4 rating was that the edge on one side was unraveled for about 1 inch. I contacted customer service for tips on how to fix without having to return it. They replied immediately, but I had trouble with their method so out came the gorilla glue and it did the trick. I would recommend to anyone. Do know that it is not a real plush rug, but is soft for a low pile rug.
