Vacuum gently
Use suction only. Turn off the rotating brush or beater bar to protect the rug's surface and finished edges.
Blot spills promptly
Lift away any solids, then blot with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub.
Clean the spot with mild soap and water
For a mark left behind, use a small amount of mild household detergent diluted with water. Test it first somewhere out of sight, work from the edge of the spot inward, and don't soak the rug or its backing.
Air dry only
Lay the rug flat and let the face and the backing dry completely. Don't use a machine dryer, and don't put a damp rug back on the floor.

This is an absolutely gorgeous rug, it exceeded my expectations. The fabric is great for a high traffic area. I did purchase a 3/8in rug pad from another website to put under this and with a little trimming it works great. Highly recommend this to anyone looking.
