Everyday care starts dry. Wet and deep-cleaning methods vary by construction and size.
Vacuum gently
Use suction only. Turn off the rotating brush or beater bar to protect the rug’s surface and finished edges.
Blot spills promptly
Lift away any solids, then blot with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub.

Well Woven replied
Hi Philip, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We’re really glad to hear you love the feel and quality of your rug — that plush, soft texture is something we’re especially proud of! We’re sorry to hear the color wasn’t quite what you expected. Lighting and screen settings can sometimes make tones appear a bit different online, but we take your feedback seriously and will review the product photos to make sure they represent the rug as accurately as possible. If you’d like, our team would be happy to help explore options — whether it’s confirming if another colorway might be a better match or offering additional photos in natural lighting. You can reach us anytime at support@wellwoven.com and we’ll take care of you right away. Thank you again for being part of the Well Woven family — we truly appreciate your trust and honesty. Warmly, The Well Woven Team

I think there used to be a version of this rug that was about twice as plush but this one is still very nice.

This rug is super soft, lofty pile length, super cozy! If you're debating the purchase I'd say go for it!

I love the rug and love the size of it! I thought it would be more fluffier and more plush feel. Not saying that it’s not but looking at the pictures gives a more fuller look to it. I love the fact that it feels like I’m walking on clouds!
