My rug has arrived wet and with a strong smell I have submitted an return request and have not heard from wellwoven at all. I am so disappointed with this rug.

We love the rug! It is beautiful and arrived quickly. There was definitely a strong odor when we unrolled it but after we opened the windows and let it air out for a day, the smell was gone. Great company! Will definitely shop from them again.
