So easy to customize this runner. It’s beautiful and high-end. Shipped fast and I love how it looks in my kitchen! Would buy this over and over!

This rug is very soft and elegant
I order a Persian RED rug and was shipped a Persian PURPLE rug. The color accuracy of the photos of these products is way off. BEWARE when ordering. This company does not stand behind their products either and refuses returns based on advertised colors very actual.
Possible padding option for rugs. Felt pads size appropriate. Thanks

Great to be able to customize the size of the runner. Everything else including customer service, shipping were quite satisfactory. My only wish would be to have custom size runners with higher pile heights as well
The quality of this rug is very poor compared to the Well Woven rug we purchased a few years ago. Very thin. I wasn’t happy with the choice of patterns, but picked one I thought would work and I hate it. Expensive mistake since this is supposedly “custom” but was obviously in stock judging from how quickly it was shipped. Won’t be repeating.
Nice quality exactly what I wanted, length was great and I’m so glad I could find a runner that was long and I can customize to the space. Also not too costly for the quality of the rug in the length.

I saw this or similar rugs elsewhere but I had an odd-sized space to fill. I was completely, and happily amazed at Well Woven's ability to provide the rug I wanted in exactly the size I wanted at a good price and incredibly fast. Excellent!

I first want to say that I absolutely love the hallway runner - it looks great!
As I rolled it out today, I noticed three small blemishes in the fabric. They don’t appear to be removable and seem to be part of the material itself.
I’m not sure how you’d prefer to handle this, but I wanted to bring it to your attention. I look forward to your response.

This rug is excellent. I am overall quite happy with my purchase. The only issue is that the color does not match the pictures much at all. Instead of a sort of copper brown color, it's more of a very slightly pinkish orange than a brown. Almost georgia red clay in some lighting.
The picture I is about as close to the color on the site as it goes. And it is never as dark as the darker spots in the pictures on the site.
The pile is incredible. It's got the long thin fibers that you expect from shag but it's filled in with slightly shorter very fluffy fibers that make it super plush and soft. It's so soft and nice that I put a 1/2" pad under it so I could be comfy laying on it. But I think without a pad, it's comfier than laying on most padded carpets.
Overall great purchase, just be prepared for the color.
