Looks to be good quality. Just got it laid out yesterday. We had quite a few days of delay in the underpad reaching us for whatever reason. At this point we are happy but the rug seems to want to have a curve in it as if the cord on the edge of one side is tighter than the other. We are going to work with it with some stretching occasionally.

The slight curve you’re seeing can happen after shipping or being rolled tightly, but it usually settles with time. Your stretching approach is great, and adding a few heavy items along the edge can also help. If it doesn’t improve, please reach out with a photo and we’ll be happy to assist.

Great to be able to customize the size of the runner. Everything else including customer service, shipping were quite satisfactory. My only wish would be to have custom size runners with higher pile heights as well
Nice quality exactly what I wanted, length was great and I’m so glad I could find a runner that was long and I can customize to the space. Also not too costly for the quality of the rug in the length.
