Can I return a custom rug?

Because each rug is cut and finished to the dimensions you configure, custom orders are final sale. If something arrives defective, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Are custom rugs the same quality as your standard sizes?

Specifications vary by design rather than by whether a rug is custom or standard size. Product Details lists the material, pile, backing, and construction for the exact design you're looking at.

Can I add a matching rug pad?

Use the rug-pad recommendation shown with the product, when available. Confirm the pad dimensions, construction, and floor compatibility before adding it.

Printed or woven: Printed designs carry the pattern on a woven base, so the detail reads crisp and the profile stays low. Woven designs put the pattern in the yarn itself, so they read with more depth and texture underfoot. Care is listed per design either way.
Material and pile: Each design lists its own face fiber and pile height. Worth comparing directly if the rug is going somewhere with heavy traffic or under a door.
Backing: Listed per design where we have it documented. It affects how the rug sits on hard floors and whether you’ll want a pad underneath.
