Very disappointed
The quality of this rug is very poor compared to the Well Woven rug we purchased a few years ago. Very thin. I wasn’t happy with the choice of patterns, but picked one I thought would work and I hate it. Expensive mistake since this is supposedly “custom” but was obviously in stock judging from how quickly it was shipped. Won’t be repeating.

The service and product is terrible.
I ordered a 40 foot runner and got a 45 foot runner so it’s too long for my home. After talking to Rachel, we agreed to keep it and take it somewhere to have it cut to the correct length and bound on the ends. Rachel got approval to refund half the cost of the item but I have not received anything from Well Woven yet The website advertised the runner as 27 inches wide but the item I received was 25 3/4 inches wide. This false information required me to cut my padding to fit the smaller width of the runner. All in all, it has not been a good experience and I would not recommend your business to anyone.
