Crayola Modern Dreamy Clouds Whimsical 5' x 7' Multi Color

Initial review good. Never got my replacement rug as promised. No responses go further emails. Not happy. So I got my rug covered in 24 white spots of varying sizes and shapes. The spray print was apparently done over carpet lint chunks from cutting. It is also printed on the wrong base rug. The images show (and my previous purchases arrived) on thin black backing with little white “punches” and single depth very low nap facing. What I got has thick woven backing and a runneled texture facing. It is not as shown. See last 2 pictures screenshot and actual. It has a terrible polypropylene odor that doesn’t go away and that makes my lungs feel like someone is standing on my chest. My initial purchases on the black backing have no odor. The base is shown in ad listing like the previously purchased non smelly ones. Initially I was promised a new rug by the end of last week. I was thrilled. I was told it was sent and tracking would be posted. No rug no tracking. End if week no rug. Sunday Mother’s Day no rug no tracking. Now Thursday of following week, no response no rug no tracking. It’s too bad because the image is gorgeous and the color is vibrant and beautiful. I have lots more pictures but only allows 5.

The rug is lovely. In person the colors are just as vibrant and beautiful. Like a dreamscape sunset. The nap is short and soft like a thick wool navaho blanket rug. There was a production issue with the first rug which was solved immediately after contact. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service Sofia and Well Woven! I really appreciate your kind help and generous response with the problem… It is getting to be a rare thing in the world. I highly recommend this rug and Well Woven for your floor covering needs.
